I’m Alive

Hi, everybody!

I just wanted to let you all know that I’m alive and okay.  Everything is fine and my whole family is very healthy and doing well.  The reason I’ve been MIA is simple: my schedule has changed.  The time I used to have to update my stories and feed my muse is now close to non-existent.  I’ve been writing little snippets here and there when I have time, but nothing that even comes close to a full chapter of any of my stories.  On top of that, I’ve been using most of that non-existent time to finish the Secret Santa story so I can submit it on time.  I believe they’ll let us publish it on the 26th of December, and I’ll be doing that right and promptly.  I think everyone will enjoy it.  Before then I hope to have at least one chapter of “Nothing” up and running.  I’m crossing my fingers that my muse cooperates.

With the holidays about to commence, it’s no wonder that time is at a premium.  I hope all of you are having an excellent Holiday season, however you celebrate it.  My family celebrates Christmas, and if you do too I hope you have a good one.  Here in the States we try to be politically correct and wish everyone a Happy Holiday to encompass all the various celebrations, which is kind of silly because no smart person would think I was dissing their way of celebrating the season just because I said Merry Christmas… Not me, anyway.  I love everyone the same.

So… whether you celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah, something completely different, or nothing at all, have a wonderful EVERYTHING!

  1. Glad you are all well, and Merry Christmas to you and your family! I love your Christmas card, I never get anything that exciting in the mail! You are probably doing me a great service by slowing the upates during the Holidays, it forces me to get my Christmas stuff done instead of reading your wonderful stories! Kathy

  2. Wishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas!! This time of the year it is hard to find a moment to breathe let alone do something extra. Enjoy your holiday I will try and be patient. 😉

  3. Here here! Someone wished me a Happy Chanukah last year. This Irish girl grinned and said, “Thanks!”

Glad you’re doing well, and have a very Merry Christmas!
